Scandinavian East Coast Museum Activities
 Viking Fest
On Saturday, May 16th The Scandinavian East Coast Museum hosted its annual Viking Fest at Bliss/Owl’s head Park on 68th Street and Colonial Road. The event featured two re-enactment groups, fencing demonstrations, rides, Scandinavian food and crafts.
This year’s performance was entitled, “Touched by the Vikings” and included music and dance from countries that the Vikings either settled, or traded with, from North America to the Middle East, as well as a band from Norway. A great time was had by all!
